JILL THOMPSON, a passionate advocate for educational transformation, serves as a Partner at Education Elements, where she collaborates with districts nationwide to address their most pressing challenges. With an unwavering commitment to innovation and extensive expertise, Jill is positively reshaping the educational landscape. 

Previously, Jill held the role of Director of Personalized Digital Learning at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where she spearheaded the district-wide implementation of Personalized Learning and developed micro-credentialing learning paths for educators. Her journey in education encompasses diverse roles, from classroom teaching to administrative positions, providing her a comprehensive understanding of the sector.

In addition, Jill is a recognized leader, having been selected as an ASCD Emerging Leader, then as a board member and contributing as a published author in the ASCD EL Magazine, Learning Forward and other associations. She further demonstrates her dedication to positively impacting education as the Chair of an Advisory Board for an all-girls, STEM-focused, public charter school in North Carolina.

Driven by a profound desire to empower others, Jill is a sought-after speaker at national conferences, sharing her expertise and insights. Her accomplishments also include a Bammy nomination and has been acknowledgment as one of the "100 Top Experts in #EdTech."
