Ashley Hampton

 

ASHLEY HAMPTON is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and serves as Domus’ Clinical Director. She specializes in implementing strategies rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the framework of Thoughts, Emotions, & Behaviors (TEB) across programming. Her work includes recognizing and addressing trauma among underserved and underrepresented populations. Ashley conducts clinical supervision for all youth-facing staff at Domus and delivers internal trainings concerning trauma-responsive models, neuroplasticity, cognitive development in children and adolescents, and wrap-around practices. She has collaborated to provide workshops with Stamford Public Schools, Norwalk Public Schools, and other community-based nonprofits. Ashley holds a Connecticut educator’s certificate in School Social Work (071) and has been a Domus employee since 2009, having had the opportunity to work in various roles. Currently she sits on the Board of Directors for Sterling House Community Center in Stratford, CT, the Board of Directors of HomeBridge Ventures in Bridgeport, CT, and is chair of the Scholarship Committee of Les Treize, Inc., of Fairfield County.
