Dr. Lilian Ijomah

DR. LILIAN IJOMAH, Ed.D, is the program director at Domus’s year-round school at the Hartford Juvenile Detention Center. She has been with Domus since 2017. Lilian has a master's in special education from Saint Joseph College; she also earned a master’s with CT 092 certification (Connecticut public school certified principal) and a doctorate in educational leadership, both from Central Connecticut State University. Her dissertation was, “Staff Beliefs and Attitudes About Implementation of Restorative Justice for Juvenile Justice-Involved Youth.” When Lilian isn’t leveling the playing field for incarcerated youth, she enjoys cooking traditional Nigerian food.
