Emily Pallin

EMILY PALLIN proudly serves as the Executive Director of the RISE Network, overseeing the organization's strategy and partnerships. The RISE Networkʼs mission is to ensure all RISE school students graduate with a plan and the skills and confidence to achieve college and career success. Emily co-founded RISE in 2015 and has grown the organization to include 40 staff and partnerships reaching over 40,000 students across dozens of schools and districts; together, RISE staff and educators have achieved double-digit gains improving Grade 9 on-track, high school graduation, and postsecondary access rates. Prior to leading RISE, Emily served as Engagement Director at Mass Insight Education, leading consulting engagements with school districts and state education agencies around the country. Previously, Emily supported data and college and career readiness efforts at New Visions for Public Schools. Emily holds a B.A. in public policy and education studies from Hamilton College and a Masterʼs in Public Administration/Nonprofit Management from NYUʼs Wagner School of Public Service.
